Method
- Whisk flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar, then beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and chill for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Press dough onto pizza pan and bake for 17–19 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter, then add confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Spread on crust and decorate with fruit.
- Cut into slices and serve. Leftovers keep well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
