- Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Pat on a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Whisk glaze ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, cook for a minute until thickened. Cool before pouring on fruit.
- Blend cream cheese layer ingredients until smooth and spread evenly over crust.
- Top with an assortment of fruit.
- Spoon citrus glaze over fruits, coating all fruits to prevent browning.
- Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
