Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
Citrus Glaze
  • 0.75 cup water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.75 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter. Pat on a parchment-lined pan. Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. Whisk glaze ingredients in a saucepan. Heat to boiling, cook for a minute until thickened. Cool before pouring on fruit.
  3. Blend cream cheese layer ingredients until smooth and spread evenly over crust.
  4. Top with an assortment of fruit.
  5. Spoon citrus glaze over fruits, coating all fruits to prevent browning.
  6. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
