Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a round glass pizza pan.
- Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
- Press dough into pan, 1/8 inch thick. Pierce with a fork.
- Bake 10-15 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Drain fruit and set on paper towels.
- Spread frosting over crust. Arrange fruit. Chill until serving.

Use a variety of colorful fruits for an appealing presentation.
