Ingredients
  

Cookie Crust
  • 1 (1-pound) package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough can also use homemade cookie dough
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip softened
Fruit Toppings
  • 1 (15-ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 pound strawberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1/2 pint blueberries
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pineapple or use freshly cut pineapple

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a round glass pizza pan.
  2. Whip cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill.
  3. Press dough into pan, 1/8 inch thick. Pierce with a fork.
  4. Bake 10-15 minutes, until edges are golden. Cool completely.
  5. Drain fruit and set on paper towels.
  6. Spread frosting over crust. Arrange fruit. Chill until serving.
