Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 16.5 oz refrigerated sugar cookie dough package
Cream Cheese Topping
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fruit Toppings
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • 0.5 cup mandarin orange segments drained if canned
  • 0.5 cup grapes halved
Glaze
  • 0.25 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press cookie dough onto a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Arrange fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
  7. Warm the apricot preserves and brush over the fruit.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
