Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-inch pizza pan with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms. Spread on pan and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
- Spread frosting over the cooled crust. Arrange fruits in a design.
- Heat apricot jam with a teaspoon of water and brush over fruits (optional). Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
Make sure the crust is completely cool before adding the frosting to prevent it from melting.
