Dough
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup additional powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream softened butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until fluffy, then add vanilla.
  3. Mix in flour, ground almonds, and salt to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape dough into crescents and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden, then dust with powdered sugar.
