Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients; cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, egg, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry to form dough; roll out to 1/4 inch thick and cut into Christmas trees.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are firm; cool completely.
