Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Add molasses and egg, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet, flatten slightly. Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on wire rack before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on the baking sheet.
