- Slice shallots, toss with flour and salt, then fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
- Blanch green beans in salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then cool in ice bath and drain.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until softened, add garlic and mushrooms; cook until tender. Season with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, soy sauce, lemon juice, and green beans. Transfer to baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, then top with fried shallots and bake another 10-15 minutes.
