Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

Seasonings

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Garlic & Herbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Steam or microwave broccoli until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  4. Mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and assemble bowls with broccoli, chicken, and drizzle with sauce.
