Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
Fruits
  • 1 piece fresh pineapple peeled and cut into chunks
Vegetables
  • 1 piece red bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 piece yellow bell pepper cut into chunks
Marinade & Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos for gluten-free
  • 1 piece lime juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate chicken, pineapple, and peppers in the mixture for 15 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken, pineapple, and peppers onto skewers.
  4. Grill skewers over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

Notes

Soak skewers in water before grilling to prevent burning.
