Method
- Cut your meat of choice into cubes.
- Prepare marinate: pulse garlic, dice apple, green onion and onion. Put all marinate ingredients in a ziploc bag.
- Marinate at least 2-3 hours or overnight. Mix marinate around and then put your meat inside ziploc.
- Skew the cube meat on a stick to prep for grilling.
- Set up your grill and grill each side for about 3-4 minutes. Grill onions as well.
Notes
Marinating the pork shoulder overnight will result in a more flavorful and tender dish.
