Method
- Whisk buttermilk, ranch dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken to marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (350-400°F).
- Thread chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
- Grill skewers for 6-8 minutes per side, until chicken is cooked through (165°F).
- Remove from grill and let rest before serving.
Notes
Soaking the wooden skewers prevents them from burning on the grill.
