Ingredients
  

Shrimp Marinade
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste.

Spicy Mango Lime Coulis
  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 lime lime juiced
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional, for sweetness.

Method
 

  1. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend mango, lime juice, jalapeño, honey (if using), and salt until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates.
  4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
  5. Serve grilled shrimp with spicy mango lime coulis.

Notes

Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper and jalapeño to control the spiciness of the dish.
