Method
- Combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Blend mango, lime juice, jalapeño, honey (if using), and salt until smooth. Set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until opaque.
- Serve grilled shrimp with spicy mango lime coulis.
