Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix oats, mashed banana, almond butter, honey, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool briefly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg.
