Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 small diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Add diced vegetables to the dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Fold in cooled pasta until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped herbs or a dash of paprika before serving.
