  • 6 pieces sweet apples
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tsp honey

Method
 

  1. Saute chopped apples with cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, until tender, about 3 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  3. Blend oats, pecans, coconut oil, honey, and a splash of water until crumbly.
  4. Spread apples in a baking dish, top with crumble mixture.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh apples for best flavor and texture.
