Method
- Saute chopped apples with cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Blend oats, pecans, coconut oil, honey, and a splash of water until crumbly.
- Spread apples in a baking dish, top with crumble mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
