  • 3 ripe bananas mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix in applesauce, honey, and vanilla.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour and baking soda.
