  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional toppings
  • chocolate chips or nuts for topping

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  2. Form mixture into small balls or discs and place on parchment paper.
  3. Optional: sprinkle chocolate chips or nuts on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
