Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup dry white grape juice (optional)
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Method
 

  1. Whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, white grape juice (if using), and lemon juice.
  2. Place chicken in bag/container. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
  6. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
