Method
- Whisk together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, pepper, white grape juice (if using), and lemon juice.
- Place chicken in bag/container. Pour marinade over chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through (165°F/74°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
