Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter, sugars until fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well. Combine dry ingredients separately.
- Gradually mix dry into wet, fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet, bake 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let sit for a few minutes.
