Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; cream butter and sugar, then add egg and vanilla.
- Combine dry and wet ingredients; fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and let cool on the sheet.
