- Cook cranberries, apple, butter, spices, and salt in a skillet until tender, then stir in maple syrup.
- Mash the scooped sweet potato flesh and mix with half of the cranberry apple filling.
- Fill the potato skins with the mashed mixture, top with remaining filling, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
