Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix in sugar, oil, and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Divide batter evenly into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle a little cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
