Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef with sliced onions and bell peppers until browned and vegetables soften. Drain excess grease.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to beef mixture; stir until melted. Set aside.
- Create 8 cheese circles on parchment, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and lace-like.
- Let cheese cool briefly, then add beef mixture and roll up. Cool for 2-3 minutes to set shape.
