Ingredients
  

Cheese
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced) bell pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef with sliced onions and bell peppers until browned and vegetables soften. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and cream cheese to beef mixture; stir until melted. Set aside.
  4. Create 8 cheese circles on parchment, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and lace-like.
  5. Let cheese cool briefly, then add beef mixture and roll up. Cool for 2-3 minutes to set shape.

Notes

Ensure to drain excess grease for crispy rolls.
