- Whisk together lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and discard remaining marinade.
- Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
Notes
For best results, marinate the chicken overnight to allow the flavors to fully penetrate.
