Ingredients
  

Sea Scallops
  • 1 pound sea scallops
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Rinse scallops and pat dry.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add scallops seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook scallops 2-3 minutes per side until golden and opaque.
  5. Pour lemon juice and zest over scallops, toss gently, then garnish with parsley.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the scallops to keep them tender.
