Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in egg yolk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Whisk together flours and salt; gradually add to wet mixture to form dough.
- Roll out dough, cut cookies, and make center cutouts. Bake 10-12 mins until golden.
- Cool cookies, spread jam on whole cookies, top with cutouts, and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Chill dough before rolling for easier handling.
