Ingredients
  

Hash Browns
  • 3 pieces hash browns frozen or fresh
  • 3 eggs eggs (scrambled)
  • 1 piece avocado (smashed)
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • to taste Salt and black pepper seasoning
  • optional Everything But The Bagel seasoning for sprinkling

Method
 

  1. Cook hash browns until crispy; set aside.
  2. Scramble eggs until cooked; season with salt and pepper.
  3. Mash avocado with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread avocado on hash browns, top with eggs, then cottage cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoning if desired; serve hot.

Notes
