Ingredients
  

Eggs
  • 6 large eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 8 slices white bread or your choice of bread

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool, peel, and chop.
  2. Mix chopped eggs with mayonnaise, paprika, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Spread the egg salad onto bread slices and assemble sandwiches.
  4. Cut sandwiches in halves or quarters and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of dill or chives.
