Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas until 1 ⅓ cups; set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients; set aside.
- Cream butter and sugars; add eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in bananas, then dry ingredients; pour into pan.
