  • 1.5 cups chicken or beans Lean proteins
  • 0.5 cup berries Fresh fruits

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • to taste herbs, turmeric, ginger Seasonings and anti-inflammatory ingredients

Method
 

  1. Prep ingredients and chop veggies.
  2. Cook grains in boiling water until tender.
  3. Heat oil, cook chicken or beans until golden.
  4. Add veggies, season, and sauté until tender.
  5. Mix in turmeric or ginger for extra health benefits.
