Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cream butter, sugars until smooth.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine.
- Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on sheets.
