Method
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and onions and sauté until fragrant and translucent.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and bring to a boil.
- Add uncooked pasta. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Let rest to thicken. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Add a splash of white wine for extra flavor.
