Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
- Remove outer leaves, slice cabbage into ¾-inch thick steaks, keeping the core intact.
- Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Brush onto both sides of each steak.
- Arrange steaks on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
