  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish and lightly grease it.
  2. Pat chicken dry, then season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Spread over chicken.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  5. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness. Garnish with parsley before serving.
