Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients; cream butter and sugars, then add egg and extracts.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Drop dough onto sheet, top with crushed candies if desired, and bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on wire rack before serving.
Notes
For extra peppermint flavor, add more extract or crushed candies on top.
