Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, egg, vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Portion dough, roll in powdered sugar, place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, cool on wire rack.
