Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook sausage until browned; sauté vegetables and herbs.
- Combine bread, sausage, broth, butter, parsley, and egg; mix well.
- Transfer to a greased dish, cover, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine to the sausage mixture.
