Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll dough and cut into triangles.
- Place a sausage at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and serve with mustard or ketchup.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes.
