Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 16.5 oz Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi slices
  • 1/2 cup mandarin orange segments
  • 1/2 cup grapes, halved
Glaze
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves or orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press cookie dough into pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread mixture over cooled crust.
  7. Arrange fruits on top.
  8. Arrange fruits in a decorative pattern.
  9. Heat preserves and water until melted.
  10. Brush glaze over fruit.
