Method
- Sear chicken breasts until golden brown (optional).
- Combine soup, ranch seasoning, broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper in the crockpot.
- Place chicken in crockpot and coat with sauce.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken and stir into sauce.
- Stir in sour cream. Garnish with cheese and parsley, if desired.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with two tablespoons of cold water and stir into the crockpot during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
