Method
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix almond flour, sugars, and salt. Whisk egg white with almond and vanilla extracts.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients into a sticky dough. Form small balls and place on sheet.
- Press sliced almonds into each cookie and dust with powdered sugar.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
