  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 14.5 ounce diced tomatoes undrained

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add beef sausage, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until beef sausage is browned and vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
