Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef sausage, onion, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until beef sausage is browned and vegetables are tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked rice and heat through, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot.
