Method
- Gather all of the ingredients.
- Brown and drain ground beef.
- Add the beef to the slow cooker.
- Add carrots, red bell pepper, and scallions to the slow cooker.
- Mix garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, and chicken stock in a bowl.
- Pour the sauce into the slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Add dry ramen noodles 30 minutes before serving, discard seasoning.
- Stir noodles frequently to cook evenly.
- Serve when the noodles are tender!
- Top with more scallions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust the amount of soy sauce and brown sugar to your taste preference. For a spicier ramen, add a dash of chili garlic sauce or red pepper flakes.
