Ingredients
  

Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
Sweetener
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute (e.g., stevia, monk fruit, or erythritol)
Eggs
  • 1 large egg
Flavorings
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour (or all-purpose flour if not low-carb)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream softened butter and sugar substitute until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  3. Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients to form dough.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.

Notes

Use a cookie scoop for uniform cookies and avoid overbaking for best texture.
