Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream softened butter and sugar substitute until fluffy. Mix in egg and vanilla.
- Combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients to form dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
