  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 4 eggs eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and whisk in eggs, almond milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
