Lobster Tails
  • 2 pieces lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top shell of lobster tails lengthwise, then gently pull apart to expose meat.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over lobster meat.
  4. Place lobster tails shell side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until meat is opaque. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

Ensure not to overcook the lobster for tender results.
