Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s, and sprinkles.
- Scoop dough onto sheet, forming 9 cookies. Bake 10-12 minutes.
- Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For best results, chill the dough before baking for more even cookies.
