Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 115 g unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 160 g light brown sugar
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg egg, at room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 315 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g white chocolate chips
  • 100 g red & green M&M’s
  • 3 tbsp festive sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips, M&M’s, and sprinkles.
  4. Scoop dough onto sheet, forming 9 cookies. Bake 10-12 minutes.
  5. Cool cookies on sheet briefly, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For best results, chill the dough before baking for more even cookies.
