Method
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu cubes and cook until golden, then set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Return tofu to pan, add soy sauce, and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
