Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 block firm tofu cubed
Vegetables
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot carrot julienned
Sauces & Oils
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden, then set aside.
  3. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  5. Return tofu to pan, add soy sauce, and mix well. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili flakes.
